ASP Mardi Gras!

ASP Meeting on Thursday this Week!!

The next ASP meeting will be held in the Studio at 3:30 on Dec. 4th (Thursday).We will also be holding a Studio Clean-up Party where we will finally take that Studio over and clean it up! I hoped that this could be kind of an end of quarter get together - i know not glamorous -and hopefully we can get some pizza (my vote is David's Pizza)! We also liked the idea of Hot chocolate too! I feel like it could be a "bring your family" event even though one experienced father said that trying to clean up with kids might not make sense :)

Bring hot cocoa in a thermos if you wish, otherwise soda pop might be provided...not absolutely sure about that though.

ASP Meeting Minutes
November 4, 2008
Location: O’Dougherty’s

The meeting began at 4:00 pm.

Reports of Officers:
Beth Mort, President, mentioned again for everyone to think about a movie series.

Zach Lunden, Inland APA Rep, reported that we can write a request for $400.00 to get a loan from the Inland Empire APA for the Mardi Gras.


November 12th, 2-3 pm, PUB Drew & Angie will attend.
January 14th, 2-3 pm, PUB Melissa & Beth will attend.
February 11th, 2-3 pm, PUB Kay Boger will attend
April 8th, 2-3 pm, PUB TBD
May 13th, 2-3 pm, PUB TBD

If you would like to represent ASP at any of these meetings, please let us know.

Chili Cook Off:
Student judge for Chili Cook off will be Drew Struttman
Melissa will provide a family member to be a judge

Fund Raising Committee:
Mardi Gras planning will commence in December.
